Welcome! One of the most important factors in choosing a counselor is finding someone you feel comfortable with. Whether you are just gathering information, considering setting up an appointment, or ready to jump into counseling, I hope this page will let you know a little bit about me as a therapist.
I have been practicing as a counselor since 2013. I have worked in general mental health practices, and I have also worked as a grief counselor. I've worked with clients on anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, life changes, and general wellness. I use an integrated approach to therapy with a variety of techniques, but I rely heavily on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. I believe that the more we know about our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors (and how they all interact with one another), the more we can grow and change. Above all else, my goal as a counselor is to make sure my clients feel supported and respected as they work towards their goals!
